In the middle of the summer the Folklore Festival takes place in Lefkada town as well.

The International Airport of Preveza is only 35 km (20miles) away from the site, which makes it easy to commute. Lefkada is the only island in Greece, where the access to it is very easy, as no Ferry required getting there, due to a swing bridge.
