			Anya Levitov Manager-associé E-mail: anya@evansnyc.com Anya est une des fondatrices d’Evans. Elle est titulaire d’un MBA de la Wharton School et d’un MA de l’Institut Lauder auprès de l’Université de Pennsylvanie. Anya est l’âme et l’énergie de notre compagnie. Elle gère les opérations quotidiennes pour assurer à nos clients les meilleurs standards de qualité de service. Une de ses nombreuses responsabilités est le management de notre section Investissements Immobiliers. Anya est titulaire d’une licence d’agent immobilier de l’Etat de New York. Elle parle couramment le russe, l’anglais et l’allemand.

			Karina Kheifetz Manager-associé E-mail: karina@evansnyc.com Toute la carrière professionnelle de Karina a été consacrée à Evans et à l’immobilier. C’est une des fondatrices du bureau Evans de Moscou ouvert en 1995. Pendant plusieurs années, elle a allié avec succès ses responsabilités de directeur avec une brillante carrière d’agent immobilier. Apres avoir aidé des centaines de clients à trouver le logement idéal, Karina a façonné l’approche distinctive du service aux client d’Evans. Parmi beaucoup d’autres choses, Karina est responsable du site Internet Evans et de notre stratégie de marketing. En 2006, elle est partie aux Etats-Unis pour ouvrir un bureau Evans à New York City. Karina est titulaire d’un MA en Etudes Internationales de l’Université de Pennsylvanie, parle couramment le russe, l’anglais et un peu d’hébreu.


	Managers

			Maria Adamian Directeur, Developpement Affaires Masha a rejoint Evans en septembre 2006 pour nous aider à lancer et à développer notre bureau de New York. Elle est titulaire d’un MBA de l’Université de Seattle et d’un BA en Relations Internationales de l’Université d’Etat de Tomsk. Avant de rejoindre Evans, Masha a dirigé la première Conférence sur les Technologies Emergentes et l‘Esprit d’Entreprise, a travaillé au Centre Etats-Unis-Russie pour l’Esprit d’Entreprise à Moscou et la Fondation pour la coopération économique Russo-Américaine à Seattle.

			Samuel DeFranceschi Né et grandi à Boston et avec une licence dans les Études Globales de l'Université de Californie à Santa Barbara, Samuel a commencé sa carrière en Europe. Il a passé une année à Barcelone étudiant les sciences politiques et une autre à Bordeaux apprenant la langue française et d'hospitalité française. Une personnalité charmant et amusant, avec une grande connaissance de New York, rend Samuel un représentant idéal pour n'importe qui. Samuel parle français couramment, et espagnol très bon aussi.

			Michele DiBari Michele joined Evans a few months ago and although born and raised in Milan, Italy, has become the consummate New Yorker. The youngest of seven children, Michele learned early on the art of negotiation and developed strong people skills. Although not formerly educated, being in business is nothing new to Michele. Some of his accomplishments include opening a Bed & Breakfast in Costa Rica. Coming to New York in 1996, he has opened and managed five restaurants in very desirable real estate areas. Michele also knows this city spending a lot of time walking various areas, getting a feel for the people and the different neighborhoods. Communicating with people comes easily to Michele and he can do so in three languages…his native Italian, Spanish and English. An accomplished chef, Michele now turns his attention to developing a new, appetizing real estate menu for those looking to call the City That Never Sleeps home.

			Irina Masna Native from Russia, she has been living in NYC for more than 10 years. Through her experiences in financial companies and running out her own real estate company she has developed the whole skillset making her a professional Realtor. Combined with her taste to share her passion for New York City with every new comers and her strong customer focus, she incarnates the perfect assistance to help you for finding your best pick in The Big Apple.

			Julia Munoz Buying or renting property in New York City requires resourcefulness, persistence, and knowledge of the market. Possessing all these values, along with a charming personality, Julia makes it her mission to please every customer. While putting her clients at ease, she does everything possible to find them a suitable new home. 			Daniel Blumberg Daniel was drawn to Evans because of its international atmosphere and strong focus on client development. Daniel joins the Evans team with broad international experience and an entrepreneurial background. A native New Yorker Daniel received his BA from Tufts University in International Relations and an MBA in International Business from San Francisco State University. He began his career in international trading working with clients in Europe, the Middle East and China. After traveling the globe he returned to New York and began working in independent film and television. A native New Yorker and an avid food lover, Daniel helped develop several of NY City’s top restaurants including Tocqueville, Cabana and 15 East. Over the years he acquired a deep understanding of the NY real estate market through selecting restaurant locations and scouting for film and television. Daniel chose Evans because of its international character and boutique environment and looks forward to helping people from around the globe find a home in NY.

			Lucilla Cirillo Lucilla, after having traveled through the greater part of Europe and graduated with a BA in Public Relations from the University of Udine (Italy), moved to New York City and joined the Team of Evans Real Estate. Very spontaneous and joyful individual, Lucilla has direct and daily contact with a number of clients from different parts of the world thanks to her cultural background and a year spent at the University of Public Relations and Communication in Murcia, a wonderful golden city in the South of Spain. Proficient in three languages, Italian (native tongue), English and Spanish, she will be more than happy to meet your consulting needs regarding life, culture and living in New York City, the amazing city that she loves!
