Karina Sageiv
Managing Director
La carrera entera professional de Karina se ha desarrollado con Evans y la inmobiliaria. Fue uno de los fundadores de la oficina de Evans en Moscu en 1995. Durante muchos anos combino sus responsabilidades de direccion con su exito como agente inmobiliario. Ha ayudado a cientos de clientes a encontrar una casa, Karina configuro un servicio de acercamiento al cliente distintivo. Entre otras cosas, Karina es responsable de la pagina web de Evans y de la estrategia de marketing. En 2006 se traslado a Estados Unidos para empezar con nuestra nueva oficina de Nueva York. Karina tiene un MA en Estudios Internacionales de la Universidad de Pennsylvania, habla fluidamente ruso, ingles y algo de hebreo.

Anya es uno de los fundadores de Evans. Tiene un MBA de la Wharton School y un MA del Instituto Lauder de la Universidad de Pennsylvania. Anya es la fuerza y la energia de nuestra compania. Esta envuelta en las operaciones del dia a dia para asegurar un alto estandar de servicios de Evans al cliente. Irina DeMarco ha nacido y crecido en Rusia. Estudio’ idiomas a la Universidad de Nizhniy Novgorod. Su pasion por los viajes y las aventuras le trajeron en Nueva York, de la cual se enamoro’ desde cuando llego’. Antes de llegar a Evans, Irina enseño’ ruso en el Manhattan Language School. Trabajar en la inmobiliaria le aiuda a conocer siempre mejor Nueva York y conmpartir sus esperiencias y conocimietos con los clientes Evans. Irina habla Ingles, italiano y ruso.

Chrystel began her career as an attorney specializing in Intellectual Property Law, working as an IP Counsel at the Louvre Museum in Paris. In 2002 she moved to New York, and started working for the well-known Italian architect and designer Gaetano Pesce as a project manager and legal counsel. She held that position for many years and dealt with high profile international clients and complex art operations. Chrystel is also a Fine Arts photographer whose work has been broadly published.
Chrystel gave in to the charms of New York since she first discovered it at the age of 18. She believes despite the many changes the city continues to vibrate with energy, sophistication, diversity, and freedom.
