Karina hat ihre bisherige berufliche Karriere bei Evans und im Immobiliengesch?ft verbracht. Sie war 1995 eine der Mitbegr?nderinnen des Evans-B?ros in M?nchen und hat lange ihre gesch?ftsf?hrende Verantwortung mit einer erfolgreichen Karriere als Immobilienmaklerin vereinbart. Durch die Erfahrung, hunderten von Klienten dabei geholfen zu haben, eine Wohnung zu finden, hat Karina einen besonders kundenfreundlichen Ansatz entwickelt. Unter anderem ist Karina f?r die Evans-Webseite und Marketingstrategien verantwortlich. 2006 ist sie in die USA umgezogen, um das Evans-B?ro in New York City zu er?ffnen. Karina hat einen MA-Abschluss in International Studies von der University of Pennsylvania. Sie spricht fliessend Russisch, Englisch, und ein wenig Hebr?isch.

Er hat sich nach seinem Umzug nach New York in die Stadt und seine Bewohner verliebt. Nachdem er mehrere Jahre an der New York University unterrichtet hat, hat er den Entschluss gefasst, seine Liebe f?r die Stadt und das Bed?rfnis, Menschen zu helfen, miteinander zu vereinbaren. Noch dazu hat sie 3 Jahre beim algerischen Konsulat in Ru?land gearbeitet. Irina DeMarco
Irina DeMarco ist in Russland geboren und aufgewachsen. Sie studierte Linguistik an der Universitaet fuer Linguistik in Nizhny Novgorod. Ihre Leidenschaft für Reisen und die Lust nach Abenteuern haben sie nach New York gebracht, die Stadt, in die sie sich sofort verliebt hat. Bevor Irina zu Evans kam, hat sie an der Manhattan Language School Russisch unterrichtet. Durch ihre Arbeit bei Evans, hat Irina die Möglichkeit New York immer besser kennenzulernen und freut sich dieses Wissen über den "Big Apple" mit ihren Kunden zu teilen. Irina ist lizensierte Immobilienmaklerin für den Staat New York, sie spricht fliessend Englisch, Italienisch und Russisch.

Viktoriya moved to New York from Odessa – a sunny city in southern Ukraine. Being a very easy-going and cheerful person, Viktoriya can get alone with any client. After graduation from the University of Pedagogy, Viktoriya was a school teacher for several years, after which she decided to switch careers and moved to advertising. For over 10 years Viktoriya was a top manager of an advertising company, where she gained extensive experience working with representatives of different types and sector of business. Chrystel Garipuy
Chrystel began her career as an attorney specializing in Intellectual Property Law, working as an IP Counsel at the Louvre Museum in Paris. In 2002 she moved to New York, and started working for the well-known Italian architect and designer Gaetano Pesce as a project manager and legal counsel. She held that position for many years and dealt with high profile international clients and complex art operations. Chrystel is also a Fine Arts photographer whose work has been broadly published. Chrystel gave in to the charms of New York since she first discovered it at the age of 18. She believes despite the many changes the city continues to vibrate with energy, sophistication, diversity, and freedom. In New York, people come from every background imaginable with a focus on getting the best out of themselves and life. The architecture too represents this same blend of spirit and this melting pot. She is familiar with several neighborhoods in Manhattan and Brooklyn, (an up and coming borough with a unique mix of families, culture, and laid back buzz) and will love working with you to help you find the right property. Sabrina Saneuaux
Nachdem Sabrina ihre Kindheit und Jugendjahre in Lateinamerika und Europa verbracht hat, etabliert sie sich in NYC, wo sie ihr Studium der Bildenden Künste am Fashion Institute of Technology absolviert. Dieser Hintergrund verhilft ihr in der Folge zu neuen und sehr diversen Erfahrungen, vom Design bis hin zum Bildungswesen und non-profit Sektor. Durch die künstlerische Ausrichtung ihrer Ausbildung hat sie u.a. ein besonderes Auge für Raum und Architektur, welches ihr im Rahmen ihrer Tätigkeit im Immobiliensektor zugute kommt. Darüber hinaus haben ihre multikulturelle Erziehung und Reisebegeisterung zu einer Weltoffenheit beigetragen, die ihr ein souveränes Handeln im internationalen Kontext ermöglichen.
Ihre diversen Sprachkenntnisse sind ein weiterer Schlüsselaspekt, um auf die Bedürfnisse der internationalen Kunden eingehen zu können, die sich in NYC niederlassen oder in Liegenschaften investieren wollen. Sie ist fliessend in Spanisch, Englisch, Deutsch und Französisch.

Adriana moved from Brazil to the US at the age of 18 to learn English, she loved it so much that she decided to make it her home. She’s always been passionate about different cultures and learning different languages, and New York was the perfect place for that. She recently completed her AS in International Studies and is currently pursuing her BA in Political Science. Adriana previously worked in the relocation industry for many years before her arrival at Evans. Adriana is very committed to providing her clients with the best customer service possible and has a can-do attitude. She is very easy going which makes her clients feel comfortable, but has a strong personality which exudes confidence. Adriana is a Licensed Real Estate Agent in New York and is fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
