Anya ist der Antrieb und die Energie in unserer Firma. Sie ist in die Tagesgeschäfte involviert, um hohe Evans-Kundendienststandards sicherzustellen. Einer ihrer vielen Verantwortungsbereiche ist die Leitung der Immobilieninvestment-Abteilung. Anya ist lizensierte Immobilienmaklerin im Staate New York. Sie spricht fliessend Russisch, Englisch und Deutsch.

Karina Kheifetz

Karina hat ihre bisherige berufliche Karriere bei Evans und im Immobiliengeschäft verbracht. Sie war 1995 eine der Mitbegründerinnen des Evans-Büros in München und hat lange ihre geschäftsführende Verantwortung mit einer erfolgreichen Karriere als Immobilienmaklerin vereinbart. Durch die Erfahrung, hunderten von Klienten dabei geholfen zu haben, eine Wohnung zu finden, hat Karina einen besonders kundenfreundlichen Ansatz entwickelt. Unter anderem ist Karina für die Evans-Webseite und Marketingstrategien verantwortlich. 2006 ist sie in die USA umgezogen, um das Evans-Büro in New York City zu eröffnen. Karina hat einen MA-Abschluss in International Studies von der University of Pennsylvania. Sie spricht fliessend Russisch, Englisch, und ein wenig Hebräisch.

Masha hat im September 2006 bei Evans angefangen, um uns beim Aufbau und Wachstum unseres Büros in New York zu helfen. Sie hat einen MBA-Abschluss von der Seattle University und einen BA in International Relations von der Tomsk State University und dem Occidental College. Vor ihrer Mitarbeit bei Evans war Masha die Leiterin der ersten "Emerging Technologies and Entrepreneurship Conference" und arbeitete beim US-Russia Center for Entrepreneurship in Moscow und der Foundation for Russian American Economic Cooperation in Seattle.

Er hat sich nach seinem Umzug nach New York in die Stadt und seine Bewohner verliebt. Nachdem er mehrere Jahre an der New York University unterrichtet hat, hat er den Entschluss gefasst, seine Liebe f?r die Stadt und das Bed?rfnis, Menschen zu helfen, miteinander zu vereinbaren. Samuel DeFranceschi
Born and raised in Boston and with a BA in Global Studies from the University of California, Santa Barbara, Sam spent much of his early career in Europe. He spent one year in Barcelona studying political science and another year in Bordeaux learning the French language and hospitality industry. A warm and fun personality and great knowledge of New York make Sam an ideal representative for anyone. Sam speaks fluent French and very good Spanish.

Michele DiBari
Michele joined Evans a few months ago and although born and raised in Milan, Italy, has become the consummate New Yorker. The youngest of seven children, Michele learned early on the art of negotiation and developed strong people skills.
Although not formerly educated, being in business is nothing new to Michele. Some of his accomplishments include opening a Bed & Breakfast in Costa Rica. Coming to New York in 1996, he has opened and managed five restaurants in very desirable real estate areas. Michele also knows this city spending a lot of time walking various areas, getting a feel for the people and the different neighborhoods.
Communicating with people comes easily to Michele and he can do so in three languages…his native Italian, Spanish and English. An accomplished chef, Michele now turns his attention to developing a new, appetizing real estate menu for those looking to call the City That Never Sleeps home.

Daniel Blumberg
Daniel was drawn to Evans because of its international atmosphere and strong focus on client development. Daniel joins the Evans team with broad international experience and an entrepreneurial background. A native New Yorker Daniel received his BA from Tufts University in International Relations and an MBA in International Business from San Francisco State University. He began his career in international trading working with clients in Europe, the Middle East and China. After traveling the globe he returned to New York and began working in independent film and television.
A native New Yorker and an avid food lover, Daniel helped develop several of NY City’s top restaurants including Tocqueville, Cabana and 15 East. Over the years he acquired a deep understanding of the NY real estate market through selecting restaurant locations and scouting for film and television. Daniel chose Evans because of its international character and boutique environment and looks forward to helping people from around the globe find a home in NY. |

Lucilla Cirillo
Lucilla, after having traveled through the greater part of Europe and graduated with a BA in Public Relations from the University of Udine (Italy), moved to New York City and joined the Team of Evans Real Estate. Very spontaneous and joyful individual, Lucilla has direct and daily contact with a number of clients from different parts of the world thanks to her cultural background and a year spent at the University of Public Relations and Communication in Murcia, a wonderful golden city in the South of Spain.
